□ Re-polishing
We polish away minor scratches on the surface to restore its shine. *Additional coating fees will apply for plated items.
□ Re-coating
We reapply plating. Minor scratches will remain, so please request this service if you wish to preserve the item's worn look.
□ Resizing
Within one year of purchase, we offer one complimentary resizing service (for rings only, limited to a size change of ±1). We will resize the item to your desired size. (Please note that certain sizes may not be possible depending on the item.) For plated items, coating fees will also be charged.
□ Chain Repair
We repair broken necklace chains.
□ Part Replacement
If there is any defect in a part, it can be replaced with a new one.
□ Other Repairs
We perform various repairs and custom modifications for jewelry.
・Changing earrings to pierced earrings (and vice versa)
・Adjusting necklace length
・Repairing broken rings, etc.
