  • For daily care, after use, wipe off moisture, sweat, and dirt thoroughly with a soft cloth, and store away from strong direct sunlight.
  • If heavily soiled, dilute a neutral detergent in lukewarm water, soak for about 5 minutes, and gently scrub with a soft toothbrush.
  • Silver tarnishes faster with sweat. It also reacts to components in hot springs and bath additives, so please remove it when bathing.
  • Products with coatings will gradually fade in color due to friction, etc.

Handling Methods by Material

□ SILVER925

Basically, you can care for it using the methods below.

  • For daily care, after use, wipe off moisture, sweat, and dirt thoroughly with a soft cloth, and store away from strong direct sunlight.
  • If heavily soiled, dilute a neutral detergent in lukewarm water, soak for about 5 minutes, and gently scrub with a soft toothbrush.
  • Silver tarnishes faster with sweat. It also reacts to components in hot springs and bath additives, so please remove it when bathing.
  • Products with coatings will gradually fade in color due to friction, etc. □ Regarding plated products, please refrain from wiping with cloths containing abrasives, as this may cause the coating to peel off. The coating may gradually peel off and tarnish with wear. In such cases, re-coating is possible.

□ All Gemstones

  • Natural stones have individual differences in color and inclusions. Avoid strong impacts, chemicals, sweat, sebum, moisture, high temperatures, and sudden temperature changes, as these may cause discoloration or damage to the gemstones and metal. After use, wipe with a soft cloth and it is recommended to store them individually.

□ Pearls

  • Pearls are easily scratched and are vulnerable to heat, direct sunlight, and water, so daily care is important. After use, gently wipe with a soft cloth. Cotton cloth or chamois leather is ideal. When storing, place them in a container away from direct sunlight, and avoid places with high temperatures or extremely high or low humidity. Also, be careful with volatile chemicals. If you are concerned about dirt, please consult us.

Deliveries are handled by Yamato Transport.

Domestic shipping within Japan is a flat rate of ¥770 (tax included).

Orders totaling ¥30,000 (tax included) or more qualify for free shipping.

In-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days of your order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

Made-to-order items will be shipped approximately 1 to 1.5 monthsafter your order is confirmed.

If you wish to specify a delivery date and time, please select it on the cart screen.

Please note that orders are shipped individually for each order placed.

Even if multiple orders are placed on the same day, we do not combine shipments.
