□ SILVER925

In principle, you can clean it using the methods below.

  • For daily care, after use, wipe off moisture, sweat, and dirt thoroughly with a soft cloth and store away from strong direct sunlight.
  • If the dirt is stubborn, dilute a neutral detergent with lukewarm water, soak the item for about 5 minutes, and then gently scrub it with a soft toothbrush.
  • Sweat accelerates the tarnishing of silver. It also reacts to components found in hot springs and bath salts, so please remove it when bathing if possible.
  • Products with coating will gradually fade in color due to friction, etc. □ For plated items, please refrain from wiping with cloths containing abrasives, as this may cause the coating to peel off. The coating may gradually peel and tarnish with wear. In such cases, re-coating is possible.

□ All Gemstones

  • Natural stones have individual differences in color and inclusions. Avoid strong impact, chemicals, sweat and sebum, moisture, high temperatures, and sudden temperature changes, as these may cause discoloration or damage to the gemstones or metal. After use, wipe with a soft cloth and it is recommended to store them individually.

□ Pearls

  • Pearls are easily scratched and are vulnerable to heat, direct sunlight, and water, so daily care is essential. After use, gently wipe them with a soft cloth. Cotton cloth or chamois leather is ideal. When storing, place them in a container away from direct sunlight and avoid high temperatures or extremely high or low humidity. Also be careful of volatile chemicals. If you are concerned about dirt, please consult us.

For domestic shipping within Japan, the flat rate is 770 yen (tax included).

Orders totaling 30,000 yen (tax included) or more will qualify for free shipping.

In-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) after your order.

Made-to-order items will be shipped approximately 1 to 1.5 monthsafter order confirmation.

Please note that orders are shipped individually per order.

Even if multiple orders are placed on the same day, we are unable to consolidate them into a single shipment.
