  • For daily care, after use, wipe off moisture, sweat, and dirt thoroughly with a soft cloth and store away from strong direct sunlight.
  • If the dirt is stubborn, dilute a neutral detergent with lukewarm water, soak the item for about 5 minutes, and then gently scrub with a soft toothbrush.
  • Silver tarnishes more quickly with sweat. It also reacts to components found in hot springs and bath salts, so please remove it when bathing if possible.
  • Coated products will gradually fade in color due to friction, etc.

Handling methods by material

□ SILVER925

Basically, you can clean it using the methods described below.

  • Coated products will gradually fade in color due to friction, etc. □ Regarding plated products: Please refrain from wiping them with cloths containing abrasive materials, as this may cause the coating to peel off. The coating may gradually peel off and tarnish with continued wear. In such cases, re-coating is possible.

□ General Gemstones

  • Natural stones have individual differences in color and inclusions. Please avoid strong impacts, chemicals, sweat and sebum, moisture, high temperatures, and sudden temperature changes, as these may cause discoloration or damage to the gemstones or metal. After use, wipe with a soft cloth and it is recommended to store them individually.

□ Pearls

  • Pearls are easily scratched and susceptible to heat, direct sunlight, and water, so daily care is important. After use, gently wipe them with a soft cloth. Cotton cloth or chamois leather is ideal. When storing, place them in a container away from direct sunlight, and avoid places with high temperatures or extreme humidity, or extremely low humidity. Also, be careful with volatile chemicals. If you are concerned about dirt, please consult us.

Domestic shipping within Japan is a flat rate of 770 yen (tax included).

Orders totaling 30,000 yen (tax included) or more qualify for free shipping.

In-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days of your order (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Made-to-order items will be shipped approximately 1 to 1.5 monthsafter your order is confirmed.
