□ SILVER925

Generally, you can care for it using the methods below.

  • For daily care, after use, wipe away any moisture, sweat, or dirt with a soft cloth and store the item away from strong direct sunlight.
  • If the dirt is stubborn, dilute a neutral detergent in lukewarm water, soak the item for about 5 minutes, and then gently scrub it with a soft toothbrush.
  • Silver tarnishes more quickly due to sweat. It also reacts to components found in hot spring water and bath additives, so please remove it when bathing if possible.
  • Coated products will gradually fade in color due to friction, etc. □ Regarding plated items, please refrain from wiping them with cloths containing abrasives as this may cause the coating to peel off. As you wear them, the coating may gradually peel off and discolor. In such cases, recoating is possible.

□ All Gemstones

  • Natural stones vary in color and inclusions. Please avoid strong impacts, chemicals, sweat and sebum, moisture, high temperatures, and sudden temperature changes, as these can cause discoloration or damage to the gemstones or metal. After use, wipe with a soft cloth and it is recommended to store them individually.

□ Pearls

  • Pearls are easily scratched, and sensitive to heat, direct sunlight, and water, making daily care important. After use, gently wipe them with a soft cloth. Cotton cloths or chamois leather are ideal. When storing, place them in a container away from direct sunlight, and avoid places with high temperatures or extremely high or low humidity. Also, be careful with volatile chemicals. If you are concerned about dirt, please consult us.

Deliveries are handled by Yamato Transport.

Shipping fees for deliveries within Japan are a flat rate of 770 yen (tax included).

Orders totaling 30,000 yen (tax included) or more qualify for free shipping.

In-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) of your order.

Made-to-order items will be shipped approximately 1 to 1.5 monthsafter your order is confirmed.

Please note that orders are shipped individually for each order.

Even if you place multiple orders on the same day, we cannot combine them into a single shipment.
