Generally, you can care for it using the methods below.

  • If heavily soiled, dilute a neutral detergent with lukewarm water, soak for about 5 minutes, and gently scrub with a soft toothbrush.
  • Silver tarnishes more quickly when exposed to sweat. It also reacts to components found in hot springs and bath salts, so please remove it when bathing if possible.
  • Coated products will gradually lose their color due to friction and other factors. □ Regarding plated products, please refrain from wiping them with cloths containing abrasives, as this may cause the coating to peel off. Over time, the coating may gradually peel off and discolor with wear. In such cases, re-coating is possible.

□ General Gemstones

  • Natural stones have individual differences in color and inclusions. Avoid strong impacts, chemicals, sweat and sebum, moisture, high temperatures, and sudden temperature changes, as these can cause discoloration or damage to the gemstones and metal. After use, wipe with a soft cloth and store separately.

□ Pearls

  • Pearls are easily scratched and are sensitive to heat, direct sunlight, and water, so daily care is important. After use, gently wipe with a soft cloth. Cotton cloths or chamois leather are ideal. When storing, place in a container away from direct sunlight and avoid high temperatures or extremely high or low humidity. Also, be careful with volatile chemicals. Please consult us if you are concerned about dirt.

Domestic shipping within Japan is a flat rate of 770 JPY (tax included).

Orders totaling 30,000 JPY (tax included) or more qualify for free shipping.

In-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days of your order (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Made-to-order items will be shipped approximately 1 to 1.5 monthsafter your order is confirmed.

If you wish to specify a delivery date and time, please select it on the cart screen.

Please note that orders are shipped individually per order.

Even if multiple orders are placed on the same day, we do not combine shipments.
