All NR CERAMICS pottery is handmade. Handmade pottery, unlike uniform products mass-produced in factories, has characteristics such as variations in glaze thickness, differences in color tone, and subtle differences in shape. These are the charms of handmade pottery and give each product its individuality. Please understand that the following precautions are due to the nature of the product and are not eligible for exchange or return.

Precautions when using pottery

• If the surface is matte, it may be susceptible to scratches.
• Contact with colored liquids may cause discoloration, so do not soak in water for long periods and wash as soon as possible after use.
• When cleaning, use cleaning tools made of soft materials. Metal cleaning tools may cause scratches.
• After use, dry completely and store in a well-ventilated area.
• Use in a microwave or dishwasher is not recommended.
• Avoid use in an oven or over an open flame, as this may cause the product to crack.

We ship both domestically and internationally.

Deliveries are made by Yamato Transport.

The shipping fee for deliveries within Japan is a flat rate of 770 yen (tax included).

Orders totaling 30,000 yen (tax included) or more qualify for free shipping.

*Some products are not eligible for free shipping. Details for such products will be provided on their respective product pages.

In-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) of your order.

Made-to-order products will be shipped approximately 1 to 1.5 monthsafter your order is confirmed.

If you wish to specify a delivery date and time, please select it on the cart screen.

Please note that orders are shipped individually for each transaction.

Even if you place multiple orders on the same day, we do not combine shipments.

In such cases, shipping fees and various handling charges will apply to each individual order, so please be aware of this beforehand.

Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, or traffic conditions.
