Precautions for Pottery Use

• If the surface is unglazed, it may be susceptible to scratches.
• Colored liquids may stain the pottery, so do not immerse it in water for long periods and clean it as soon as possible after use.
• When cleaning, use a soft cleaning tool. Metal cleaning tools may cause scratches.
• After use, dry completely and store in a well-ventilated area.
• Use in a microwave or dishwasher is not recommended.
• Avoid using in an oven or over direct flame, as this may cause the product to crack.

Shipping within Japan is a flat rate of770 yen (tax included).

Orders totaling30,000 yen (tax included) or more qualify for free shipping.

In-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) after your order is placed.

Made-to-order items will be shipped approximately1 to 1.5 monthsafter your order is confirmed.

If you wish to specify a delivery date and time, please select it on the cart screen.

Please note that orders areshipped individually per order.

Even if you place multiple orders on the same day, we cannot combine them for shipping.
