About Delivery
We offer delivery both domestically and internationally.
Deliveries are made by Yamato Transport.
Shipping fees within Japan are a flat rate of 770 yen (tax included).
Orders totaling 30,000 yen (tax included) or more will receive free shipping.
*Please note that some items are not eligible for free shipping. Information regarding such items will be provided on their respective product pages.
In-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order is placed.
Made-to-order items will be shipped approximately 1 to 1.5 monthsafter your order is confirmed.
If you wish to specify a delivery date and time, please select it on the cart screen.
Please note that orders are shipped individually per order.
Even if multiple orders are placed on the same day, we do not combine shipments.
In such cases, shipping fees and various handling charges will be applied to each order, so please be aware of this in advance.
Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather, natural disasters, or traffic conditions.
