Ihop glass vase (green)
Description
Ihop is a flower vase, each one handcrafted in a traditional Swedish glass studio. Its name means "together" or "with" in Swedish, characterized by a design where two distinct parts unite. The base is crafted with precision using a mold, while the upper part is finished with organic, fluid shapes using a glassblowing technique. This unique form allows the vase to display different expressions depending on the viewing angle and lighting, changing as if alive.
Ihop glass is characterized by its transparency and depth of color. The clear glass enhances the texture of the glass itself, while the green glass has a rich hue reminiscent of the vitality of a forest, adding natural beauty to any space. Simple yet striking, this vase is not just for arranging flowers, but also serves as an art piece that enhances the space itself.
Designer Kunsik Choi, originally from Korea and based in Sweden, is known for his aesthetic that blends tradition with modernity. Please note that because each piece is handcrafted by artisans, there may be individual differences in the swelling of the upper part. We regret that you cannot specify this, so please be aware in advance.
